Education
The Canadian Rwandan Community Abroad (RCA) recognizes the immense value and potential of its diaspora members in driving change, both within Canada and in Rwanda. Drawing inspiration from initiatives like the MIDA projects in the U.S., the RCA seeks to harness the wealth of knowledge, expertise, and experiences of the Rwandan diaspora in Canada to create a ripple effect of positive transformation.
